4 days in ILKEB, Port Dickson

well...well...well...
four days i've been missed my computer...YM...friends...
where am i?
i went to "Kursus Kemahiran Memimpin Bil 6 & & Negeri Perak & Kedah"
at 5th till 8th June 2006 in Institut Latihan Kepimpinan Belia or ILKEB,Port Dickson,Pasir Panjang, Negeri Sembilan with cooperation Jabatan Belia dan Sukan Negeri Perak dan Kedah.
so, whats going on there?
lots of lectures, presentation, outdoor activities and group activites.
These program organized to enhanced the leadership skills effectively, to understand the "experiental learning" in implementing the responsility as a leader, to give awareness about the process in solving the problems in leadeship, and otherwise, to exist an effective leader to implement the organization's goal.
As a conclusion, all those programs provided are knowledgable, and beneficial for those who wants to be a good leader..
but there some weaknessess that we cant avoid...
